Q: How long does the average extension take to complete?

A:On average an extension will take in the region of 8-12 weeks.  Factors which influence this include extreme heavy rainfall and unexpected pipes/cables on excavation of footings. If we discover anything that will cause a delay in completing your work, we will inform you immediately and keep you updated.

Q: Once I have received my estimate, will there be any extras?

A: The price quoted is the price you will pay.  The only extra costs will be for extra work that you request.

Q: Will all electrical and gas work comply with legal requirements?

A: All electrical and plumbing aspects building an extension or conversion are undertaken by our highly trusted electricians and plumbers.  The electricians we use are NIC EIC registered and all plumbing work is carried out by Gas Safe registered plumbers.  Certificates for this will be given to you on completion.

Q: Are you CSCS (Health & Safety) qualified?

A: Yes - A card can be produced upon request.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, we have full public & liability insurance and will provide you with a copy of this with our contract if you decide to engage us for your project.
